Resolve to Care for Your Teeth!

How important is oral hygiene to you? When it comes to all of your responsibilities and obligations, making sure you brush and floss might not be at the top of your priorities. With 2015 now in full swing, many of us are already feeling the struggle of keeping our resolutions. That’s not your fault. New Years resolutions are hard! But here at Hamlin Dental Group, we don’t think it’s too late to give yourself one that you’ll be able to easily follow that will have incredible health benefits.

It’s simple: take care of your teeth! With 3 out of every 4 Americans currently experiencing gum disease, good oral hygiene is nothing to scoff at. Brush twice a day, make sure you’re brushing correctly, and, very importantly, floss once a day too! Flossing is the activity most people put off when it comes to taking care of your teeth, but it’s a critical aspect of good hygiene. As a popular office for family dentistry, we already know that you’re probably already aware of the need to take good care of your teeth. But ask yourself: could you do a better job? If you think you can, you just may have found yourself the perfect resolution for 2015!
