In September, local Erie local Philip Kienholz assaulted his dentist while he was treating another patient. The past Tuesday, while being sentenced to a 16 month to 4 year term in state prison, Kienholz explanation for his action was that he assaulted his dentist because he felt he couldn't afford the treatment. He further stated that he knew he would be able to receive dental care in prison.
